Effective Date: May 26, 2026
Longfellow Design Build ("Longfellow," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit longfellowdesignbuild.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project type, your brief message, and your communication preferences. When you submit an employment or co-op application, we collect your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn or portfolio URL, areas of professional interest, location availability, target start date, resume, and any cover note you include. You may also send us information directly by email, phone, or in person during a consultation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider collects standard server log information about your visit, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We use a small number of cookies necessary to operate the Site. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from social media platforms when you interact with our pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), from referral sources who connect us, or from publicly available sources.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) through the Site. Please do not include sensitive details in form submissions.

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide information about our services
- Evaluate employment, internship, and co-op applications
- Communicate with you, including sending project updates, newsletters, and event invitations where you have opted in
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site

Email and Text Message Communications
If you opt in on our contact form, we may send you email updates and, in the future, text message updates from Longfellow. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer of any marketing email. If we begin a text message program, you will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not affect direct responses to your inquiry or application.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the Site and our business, including our hosting provider (Vercel) and email and recruiting tools we use to manage inquiries and applications. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.
Affiliates. Longfellow Design Build is part of the Waterside Group portfolio. We may share information internally with affiliated companies (including Vineyard Home and Clarendon Interiors) when relevant to your inquiry, project, or application.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Longfellow, our clients, employees, or the public.
Business transactions. If Longfellow is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies necessary for it to function properly (for example, session management). We do not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Because there is no industry standard for how to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to them.

If you visit the Site from a jurisdiction with data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to data portability.
