Cape Cod & SE MA

Longfellow Design Build has deep roots on Cape Cod and Southeast Massachusetts. From shingled coastal cottages in Chatham and Osterville to high-end renovations in Falmouth and Yarmouth, we understand the specific challenges of coastal construction — salt exposure, conservation commission requirements, wetland setbacks, and the strict design standards that protect the character of Cape communities.

Boston, Metro West, South/North Shore

549 Columbus Ave, Boston, MA 02118

Boston, Metro West North & South Shores

Greater Boston is where Longfellow's work is most varied. Victorian brownstone renovations in the South End and Back Bay. New construction on infill lots in Newton and Wellesley. Whole-home renovations in Needham, Westwood, and Hingham. Our Boston showroom on Columbus Ave carries the material lines we use most — stone, tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and hardware.

Lincoln, NH

25 S Mountain Dr, Lincoln, NH 03251

774-255-1709

Lincoln, NH

New Hampshire brings a different set of requirements — snow loads, frost depths, steep-grade site work, and the kind of mountain materials that hold up in a real climate. Our Lincoln office serves the Franconia Notch corridor, the Lakes Region, and the Upper Valley. We design and build custom mountain homes, ski chalets, and lakefront retreats.

Southwest Florida

Captiva Island

774-255-1709

Southwest FL

Our Southwest Florida practice is based on Captiva Island, focused on high-end residential design and construction across the barrier islands and surrounding coastal communities. Florida coastal construction has its own vocabulary — hurricane-rated systems, elevated foundations, impact glazing, and the particular palette of materials that work in a subtropical climate. We bring the same attention to spatial quality and material integrity that defines our New England work.
