At Longfellow Design Build, a Waterside Group company, we've built a comprehensive internship program that gives emerging professionals real experience in a working design-build firm. We offer intern and co-op positions year-round across architecture, interior design, construction management, and marketing.

What sets our program apart: interns work alongside our team on actual client projects, gaining practical knowledge of how design-build firms operate from concept through construction. You'll learn how architects, builders, and clients collaborate under one roof to bring residential projects to life.

Interns work primarily on-site at one of our three offices in Falmouth, Boston's South End, or Lincoln, New Hampshire. Structured remote arrangements may be considered depending on the role.
